Do you remember when.....

Yes...it's true....I have finally gotten around to posting the recipe of the chicken I made when I hosted the Dinner Club at my house the first time....yes the one almost a year ago to date!!!

Don't you just love me?!?!

What you need:
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 can lump crab meat
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets savory herb with garlic soup mix
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoon oil (whatever you want olive, vegtable, even butter)

What to do:
  • Combine cream cheese, crabmeat, and soup mix, set aside. ( use about half a packet of the soup mix for 4 breasts)
  • Cut a 'pocket' into the side of each chicken breast (be sure not to cut all the way through and if really thick make sure you pound it first).
  • Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture and close the opening with toothpicks.
  • In large skillet, melt oil or butter over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken to skillet, cook for 10 minutes, or till golden brown, turning once.
  • Transfer chicken to 13x9 pan and bake in a 350 oven, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Place on plate, make it look pretty, and serve
